The average build time for a single-storey home is 6-8 months once the slab is down, depending on weather conditions, council approvals, and site access. Double-storey or custom builds may take longer, but we’ll give you a realistic timeline up front.

What’s included in your standard home price?

Unlike many builders, we include a lot in our base price  -  site works, driveways, floor coverings, window furnishings, and more. We also offer optional turnkey packages so your home is truly move-in ready. See our inclusions here

Can I customise a home design?

Absolutely. All of our designs are flexible  -  whether you want to adjust the floorplan, add a bedroom, or upgrade fixtures and finishes. We work with you to create a home that suits your lifestyle and budget.

Do you offer House and Land packages?

Yes, we have a range of House and Land packages available in high-growth suburbs across Rockhampton, Yeppoon, and surrounding areas. These are ideal for first home buyers or investors looking for a streamlined build solution. Please be aware land is in very high demand at the moment and these tend to sell quickly!

Can I access first home buyer grants?

Most likely! Many of our clients are eligible for the First Home Owner Grant (FHOG), stamp duty concessions, or other government incentives. We’ll guide you through what’s available and help with the paperwork.

Yes  -  we work closely with trusted finance professionals who specialise in construction loans and first-time buyers. If you don’t already have a broker, we’re happy to connect you with Blue Water Home Loans who can help.
