Director
Pav brings extensive experience across real estate, business, commercial construction, residential development, and the building industry as a whole. He leads by example with an open, down-to-earth approach that sets our team apart. Passionate about educating and empowering his staff, Pav creates a stronger, more knowledgeable, and supportive team for our clients. With a commitment to supporting locals, for locals, his leadership drives every project forward with purpose and pride.
General Manager
Karissa is our creative powerhouse, known for her eye for detail and ability to bring ideas to life with both flair and function. With a strong background in administration, human resources, organisation, and finance, she keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes. Karissa leads our customer-facing team while also supporting our on-site crew, ensuring every project stays on track from start to finish and that the client experience is seamless and stress free. Jake Project Manager Jake is a qualified carpenter and experienced Project Manager with more than 13 years in the construction industry. He leads our on-site team with a focus on efficiency, precision, and quality, while also supporting the client-facing team. Known for his thorough attention to detail and strong leadership, Jake ensures every project runs seamlessly from planning through to completion. By managing timelines, coordinating with subcontractors, and maintaining clear communication with clients, he consistently delivers outcomes that meet and exceed expectations. Dave Site Supervisor Dave is our dedicated Site Supervisor, working closely with our project manager, site crew, contractors, and suppliers. Acting as the key link on site, he oversees reporting, communication, and coordination to keep each project on track. With his practical approach and problem-solving skills, Dave ensures every build runs efficiently and to the highest standard.
Administration
Makayla is our organised and reliable Administration Officer, keeping every detail of the building journey running smoothly. She looks after client updates, building approvals, accounts, and general admin tasks with precision and care. Her focus on detail ensures nothing is missed, making the process seamless and stress free for both clients and the team. Chris All Rounder/Labourer Chris is a highly versatile team member with a strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence. Often the first on site and the last to leave, he provides valuable support to both our team and our trades.
